Janet Trenda Tribute

Janet’s foundation was strongly rooted in Jesus’s love for self and others. From her neighbors next door to the many sponsored children on her fridge and in her heart, she exuded love and compassion to all around her.

As we celebrate Janet’s life and impact and honor her and Cory’s unwavering love and commitment to the poor, they invite you to donate to support the work that shaped their life together. 

In May 2023, Janet, Cory, and both their grown children traveled with World Vision supporters to Zambia to witness the tangible work they have been a part of for many years. One of the most exciting efforts they witnessed was the Biblical Empowered Worldview program. In fact, the team heard repeatedly from both staff and community members that the mindset change brought about by this program is the most critical component to the poor escaping hopelessness and destitution.
