Rock Valley Student Council is Making a Difference Through World Vision

Student Council members from the Rock Valley Schools are coming together to make a difference for others in need.

Next to air, water is our most essential physical necessity. In the United States, most people are blessed to have abundant, clean water to drink and use for cooking, growing food, washing clothes, and flushing toilets. We seldom worry that the water we drink could make us sick — or even kill us. Around the world, hundreds of millions of people don’t share this blessing.

Please consider donating to help fight the global water crisis. All donations will go to World Vision. Our goal as a conference is to raise $1,000. Student Council members and advisors plan on walking 3.7 miles ("the average distance a person in the developing world has to walk to find water") at our RVC conference at Edgerton High School on Wednesday, April 24.

When donating, please put the name of the student you are donating for and the school in the message.  (Emily Buhrow, Edgerton High School)

Let's work together to provide life-changing water to people in need!  Please consider helping us to make a difference.

With heartfelt thanks,

RVC Student Council
